Caffeine, Taste, and What to Expect From Our TeasUpdated 4 days ago
Our teas are made with loose leaf herbs and botanicals. Here is what to know about caffeine, flavor, and adjusting your cup.
Which teas contain caffeine?
All of our teas are caffeine-free except Sleek & Slender. If you are sensitive to caffeine, check the product details and packaging before brewing.
What will my tea taste like?
Herbal tea flavors can be different from familiar black or green teas. Flavor depends on the blend, the amount of tea used, the water, and the steeping time. Your palate may also take a little time to adjust to a new blend.
How can I adjust the strength?
- For a stronger cup, use more tea or steep it longer.
- For a lighter cup, use less tea or steep it for less time.
- If the flavor is too strong, add more hot water after brewing.
- Try the tea hot or over ice to find the preparation you prefer.
How should I use the caffeine information?
If you are avoiding caffeine, choose a caffeine-free blend and follow the product packaging. If you are pregnant, taking medication, or under a doctor’s care, speak with your healthcare professional before using herbal tea.
